DOA & delivery policy

1. What is DOA?

Dead on Arrival (DOA) means the miner does not power on or fails basic functional checks on first power-up, when reported within the window below, with reasonable evidence (video preferred).

2. Reporting window

• Report DOA within 72 hours of courier delivery (status delivered).
• Contact us on WhatsApp or email with order number, serial (if available), and a clear power-on video.
• Late reports may be treated as paid repair / manufacturer process, not DOA.

3. What we may do

• Arrange replacement unit from stock (if available), or
• Repair / part replacement under process we define after inspection, or
• Refund / partial credit as agreed case-by-case for verified DOA.

Courier damage in sealed carton is handled with the courier claim process; keep packaging.

4. Not covered as DOA

• Wrong power wiring, inadequate PDU, or site power issues
• Physical damage after delivery, liquid, or modification
• Hashrate variance within manufacturer tolerance / used environment issues
• Buyer’s remorse or electricity cost higher than expected

5. Manufacturer cover

Any manufacturer cover is governed by the manufacturer (often linked to manufacturing date). That is not a separate store warranty from us. After manufacturer cover ends, any service we offer is paid.

6. Advance & COD

For 10% advance + COD orders, advance may be non-refundable after packing has started, except where we cancel or cannot supply. COD balance is due on delivery.
